John has over two decades of experience in the property markets of the UK, Europe, and the UAE. He is also the founder of Dream Properties, a respected brokerage and development agency known for its professionalism, transparency, and track record in one of the world’s most competitive real estate environments, Dubai.

Pear brings deep local insight and refined design sensibility to the team. With a background in land acquisition, branding, and Thai property development, Pear ensures that every home resonates with both international standards and a true sense of place.
