Dreamvista Development Co., Ltd. is the developer behind The Vista Hua Hin. Based in Hua Hin, we bring together international construction and project management experience with local expertise in land and residential development.
We are personally involved in the project, from planning and design decisions through to construction and client handover.
Development Director
John brings over 20 years of experience across construction, project management and residential property in the UK, the UAE and Thailand.
At The Vista Hua Hin, he oversees the development’s direction, design coordination and construction quality. He works closely with the architects, engineers and contractors to carry the design through into the finished homes.
Owner & Director
Pear leads Dreamvista’s operations in Thailand, drawing on her experience in real estate, land acquisition and residential development in Hua Hin and Phetchaburi.
She oversees local coordination and works directly with clients throughout the buying and building process, providing a consistent point of contact.
Our construction partners have completed more than 250 homes in Thailand and have been active in Hua Hin since 2007. Their previous work includes bespoke villas and residential construction suited to the local terrain and climate.
At The Vista Hua Hin, Dreamvista coordinates the architects, engineers and construction partners and oversees quality control throughout the build.
We approach every home as if it were our own, putting care and thought into every decision, from the layout to the finishing details.
We consider how each home will feel and function, from room proportions and privacy to shade, storage and the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces.
At The Vista Hua Hin, that approach includes piled foundations designed for the hillside setting, double-wall construction and underground utilities within a carefully planned residential community.
